When calculating a Menstrual Cycle Do we stop counting the day before the next period ends? - calculating your menstrual cycle

My summer period from 19 December in this month and I usually get 26 days after 13 January, he made it that my cycle is 25 days it?

Expected start date. So, if your last period started on 19 and the beginning of the coming 13th January, yes, this is a cycle of 25 days. (Do not count the 13 as the cycle of life - is the day 1 of next cycle)

The first day of the cycle is the first day of the period, even if you are in the night. It ends on the day before the next period.

I've always said to find the others on to have. Thus, it would think about 26 days.
